LSJ E310 Plus Handheld Thermal Imaging Camera — See Heat, Find Faults Before Failure
The LSJ E310 Plus is a compact, pistol-grip handheld thermal imaging camera built for industrial maintenance and emergency rescue. It pairs a 256×192 infrared detector (50 mK NETD, 25 Hz) with a 2 MP visible-light camera, measures temperatures from -20 °C to 650 °C with ±2 °C / ±2% accuracy, and comes in an IP67, 2 m drop-tested housing weighing no more than 460 g. Maintenance technicians, HVAC contractors, electrical inspectors and firefighters use the E310 Plus to locate overheating components, hidden leaks, fire seats and survivors in smoke — in real time.

The Problems the E310 Plus Solves
Faults you cannot see are shutting down production
Loose electrical connections, failing motor bearings, blocked pipes and insulation gaps all reveal themselves as heat first. The E310 Plus turns that invisible heat signature into a clear thermal picture, so defects are found during scheduled inspection instead of after an unplanned shutdown.
Heavy, slow cameras do not survive real field work
Inspectors work on ladders, inside panels, in rain and with heavy gloves. At ≤460 g, with glove-friendly buttons, an IP67 sealed body, a 2 m drop rating and short-duration heat endurance up to 260 °C, the E310 Plus is built to be carried all day and used in harsh industrial and fireground environments.
Findings get stuck on the camera
Thermal images save to a plug-and-play SD card (up to 128 GB) and stream over Wi-Fi to smartphone or PC analysis software, so inspectors move directly from a hot spot on screen to a shareable, time-stamped report.

Thermal Detail You Can Trust: 256×192 at 25 Hz
The E310 Plus captures temperature across 49,152 measurement points through an 8–14 µm long-wave lens. A thermal sensitivity of 50 mK distinguishes temperature differences as small as 0.05 °C, while the 25 Hz frame rate keeps the picture smooth when panning across switchgear, motors or pipework. Automatic contour processing sharpens target edges, and cold/hot spot markers lock onto and follow the coldest and hottest points in the scene.
- 256×192 IR resolution, 55°×40° wide field of view, 1.35 mm lens
- More than 8 palettes — Iron, Lava, Rainbow, High Color, White Hot, Black Hot and more
- 1×–4× digital zoom for close inspection of small components

2.8-Inch Display and Dual-Mode IR + Visible Imaging
A bright 2.8-inch TFT-LCD (640×480, 25 Hz) shows live thermal video with on-screen maximum, minimum and center-point temperatures. Switch between infrared, visible-light and combined views from the 2 MP visible camera to pinpoint exactly where a hot spot sits on the physical equipment — useful in dark ceiling voids, mechanical rooms and substations.

Six Field-Ready Functions in One Hand
Every inspection aid is built in: a LED work light for dark cabinets, a laser pointer to mark the measured spot, 1×–4× digital zoom, automatic hot spot tracking, a temperature alarm and Wi-Fi image transmission. The multi-language menu and selectable °C/°F units suit international crews.

One Camera, From -20 °C to 650 °C
With automatic range switching, the E310 Plus covers frozen outdoor pipework and refrigeration lines at one end, and hot engines, exhausts, furnaces and electrical busbars at the other — a single -20 °C to 650 °C measurement span with accuracy of ±2 °C below 100 °C and ±2% of reading above 100 °C. There is no need to carry separate low- and high-temperature imagers on a route.
Figure: One imager covers freezing pipework and high-temperature machinery across the full -20 °C to 650 °C range.
Never Miss an Overheating Threshold
Set high and low temperature thresholds manually, or let the camera choose them automatically. When a target crosses the limit, the E310 Plus triggers a flashing LED, an on-screen alert and a buzzer — an audio-visual safety net during panel scans, bearing checks and fireground searches where the operator cannot watch the screen continuously.
Figure: Customizable high/low temperature alarms combine LED flash, on-screen warning and buzzer so no anomaly is missed.
Capture, Transfer and Report in Minutes
Every thermogram is stored on a plug-and-play SD card (internal memory options from 4 GB to 128 GB) and can be streamed live over Wi-Fi to a smartphone or laptop. The companion analysis workflow supports spot meters, temperature profiles, 3D thermal maps and data export, turning a field capture into a maintenance report with evidence attached. Charging and file transfer both run through a single USB Type-C port.
Figure: Real-time Wi-Fi transmission feeds thermal images into PC and smartphone analysis tools for instant reporting.
Rugged Power for Full Shifts
A rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers more than 5 hours of operation — typically 5–6 hours — on one charge, enough for a full inspection route, with USB Type-C fast charging between jobs.

Engineered for harsh environments:
Where the LSJ E310 Plus Works
One imager serves an entire maintenance and rescue toolkit: electrical and circuit testing (switchgear, terminals, overloads), industrial inspection (motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors), HVAC and refrigeration, water and underfloor-heating leak detection, automotive diagnostics and building heat-loss surveys, alongside firefighting, smoke search, earthquake and tunnel-collapse rescue.
Figure: Six documented applications of the E310 Plus — leak detection, HVAC, automotive, industrial, electrical and building inspection.
HVAC, Plumbing and Hidden Leak Detection
Buried underfloor heating loops, blocked radiators and concealed pipe leaks show up as temperature anomalies on walls, floors and ceilings. The E310 Plus traces the full pipe path non-destructively, so plumbers and HVAC technicians can mark the repair point before opening any surface.

Firefighting, Smoke Search and Rescue
In dense smoke, darkness or collapsed structures where the naked eye fails, the E310 Plus reveals fire seats, heat spread through walls and the thermal silhouette of trapped people. The sealed IP67 body is rated for short-duration high ambient heat — at least 30 minutes at 80 °C, 10 minutes at 120 °C and 5 minutes at 260 °C — and the LED light, laser pointer and buzzer alarm support rapid, hands-busy search operations.
