One Sealed Case, Zero Setup Chaos

The CAMB-V500 uses an integrated box design: the display terminal, rotating probes, snake-eye probe, headphones and batteries all sit in custom-cut foam. Open the lid, power on, and the system is ready to search.

The Numbers That Matter in a Rescue

Probe sets are configured to the mission. Each camera outputs 1920×1080 and is aimed from the terminal — no hand need enter the hazard.

Electric Rotating Audio/Video Probe (Φ29 mm)

The primary visible-light probe carries 10 LED lights and pans 360° horizontally and tilts 180° (±90°) vertically by motor, controlled from the host keys. A built-in intercom enables full-duplex two-way voice with the survivor through the noise-cancelling headphones.

IP68 Waterproof Rotating Probe (Φ40 mm) — Underwater to 20 m

A fully sealed stainless-steel probe rated IP68 and submersible to 20 m rotates 360° for flooded basements, wells, tanks, culverts and water-filled voids after floods or mine incidents.

Mounted on the 25 m waterproof detection cable, the same probe reaches deep wells, shafts and buried pipes — the deep-reach mission this series is named for — while the terminal displays the deployed length.

Two-Way Snake-Eye Probe (Φ8 mm) — Into 10 mm Gaps

A titanium-coated 8 mm stainless lens on a 3 m tungsten-wire cable, with 8 LED lights and two-way manual articulation, threads into 10 mm pipes, cracks and lightless cavities where the larger probes cannot go.

Visible Light, LED/IR & Optional Thermal Imaging

LED illumination and an optional IR fill-light/thermal intercom probe cover darkness, smoke and heat. The thermal channel offers six imaging modes (Fire, Rainbow, Rescue, Detection, White Hot, Black Hot) across −20 °C to 650 °C, with center, maximum and minimum temperature readouts for post-fire hotspot checks as well as life search.

An 8-Inch 1080P Terminal With Real Key Control

The wired 8-inch 1920×1080 LCD is readable in the field with adjustable (and automatic) brightness. Dedicated physical keys — usable with gloved hands — control pan/tilt, 2×/4× zoom, photo, synchronized video + audio recording, playback, intercom, mode and brightness, with a 256 GB SD card for evidence. One short press captures a still; one long press starts video.

The live picture — visible light or thermal — keeps the probe orientation, temperature scale and cable length on screen so the operator can guide the team without guessing.

Optional 4G / Wi-Fi Backend Transmission

With the optional 4G/Wi-Fi module and antenna, live audio and video stream to the rear command post for shared situational awareness and remote guidance.

Rugged, Portable and Ready for an All-Day Shift

The shock-resistant case is rated IP67 against water and dust and works from −20 °C to +60 °C. At 585 × 450 × 288 mm it travels as one person-carried case, and two removable Type-C batteries (8 h each) hot-swap for continuous operation without powering down.

Delivered as a Complete, Single-Case Kit

A standard configuration integrates the host case with built-in reel, the 8-inch wired display terminal, the configured probe set, stereo noise-cancelling headphones, two batteries, the charger and cabling. Probe combinations and wireless/thermal modules are selected at order time.
