Dingri County is located on a high plateau at an altitude of 5,000 meters, where temperatures dropped to -15°C and strong level-8 winds battered the region, creating extremely harsh conditions. Following the earthquake, multiple aftershocks struck the area. Nevertheless, LSJ's support teams, without hesitation, carried various rescue equipment and braved freezing cold and snow to reach the rescue site.
